We have written the guidance on this site carefully and we believe it is accurate, but every roof is different. Nothing here is a substitute for someone looking at your actual roof, and you should not rely on it as the basis for a decision without getting advice on your specific property. Where we describe British Standards, manufacturer lifespans or industry guidance, those can change.

Quotes and prices

Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer to carry out work at a particular price. A price from us is only binding when we have inspected the property and given you a written quote.
